Took over 3 weeks for shop to " get my truck in the garage" as said by Brian. While the truck sat out in the parking lot in the blistering heat a brand new quart of steering fluid burst and soiled the whole passenger side of the floor board area. BTW, The appointment for service was made 3 weeks prior. I left a list of checks and repairs to be made. They never paid any heed to it and Brian said he never saw it even though it was clearly taped to the dashboard for him, the mechanic or Mickey Mouse to see. I received frequent calls asking "what else do you want us to check?" I always referred to the list I provided which they claim they never saw. Interesting to find out the list was still on my dashboard! I still have it. By the time they got finished padding up my bill with charges like "drove vehicle", and "looked at -------" along with hourly rates and parts the sum total came up to 2800 bucks and the truck still is all over the road! I have to keep correcting the steering after front end work and alignment. If you're not a mechanic you try to trust the shop you bring it to to not take advantage of you. Watch out for this place. They can't keep mechanics there as ive been to

These guys are my go to when I need work in NY. They surpassed the quote I got from STS in Syracuse and half the time it would have been. Outstanding service! Gary and Patrick did an amazing job.

I am an OTR trucker and stopped here to fix wiring on headlights. With 7 years and lots of butt connectors i had the mechanic Dave rewire all.he was fast and super experienced. The shop is large with lots of space around. Service techs were friendly. I just drove 300 miles away to get them to do more repair
